Comedy magic
Visual surprises, comic timing and audience interaction bring the whole room into the performance.

John Taylor · hypno-mentalist
Three kinds of surprise, combined in one stage show. John Taylor brings visual magic, mind-reading entertainment and comedy hypnosis together, with guests and their choices helping shape the performance.
The combined show
Visual magic catches the eye. Mentalism builds anticipation through thoughts, choices and predictions. Hypnosis brings willing volunteers into imaginative situations where their own reactions create the comedy. John connects them through his understated humour and rapport with the room.
The hypno-mentalist show is a combined performance, alongside John’s individual comedy magic, mentalist and comedy hypnosis shows. Discuss the mix and running order with John so it suits the audience, venue and occasion.
Participation is voluntary. Hypnosis volunteers are adults aged 18 and over, and guests of all ages can enjoy watching. John plans the stage, sound and volunteer seating with the venue before the performance.
